This Returns & Refund Policy applies to jade products sold by 嘉况文物 (嘉况文物) through 嘉况文物.com.
Unopened products in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used jade items cannot be returned unless defective.
Contact our team at jnjkwh@163.com with your order number and reason for return, and we will guide you through the process.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.
